This server allows easy access to the IMO Quality Management Handbook.
You will find the latest documents (in pdf or word format) which are part of the overall quality management of the IMO Group by clicking on the links above. All staff of the IMO worldwide network are bound to the same quality principles, and their work is closely monitored and interlinked to grant maximum quality assurance. Enforcement of the joint quality approach is ensured by appropriate procedures and a system of internal audits in all regional offices.
